Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in San Jose, CA. You will provide comprehensive therapy to help patients develop independence in daily living and functional tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license in CA.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Deliver individualized OT interventions per treatment plan.
