Qualifications

• Active OT license in California.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• OTR/ NBCOT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement individualized OT treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Deliver hands-on OT interventions using adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Educate patients and families on goals, techniques, and strategies for independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and update care plans regularly.
• Participate in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist in discharge planning for home or community settings.
