Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Burlingame, CA. The OT will provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active OT license, BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. Travel therapy offers competitive pay, full benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices.
Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions and treatments per the treatment plan.
Provide hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques and assistive devices to improve daily living activities.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies to enhance independence in ADLs.
