Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Indianapolis, IN. 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour days. Requires OR RN experience and Indiana license, with BLS. Strong preference for CNOR/ACLS as noted in preferences.

Qualifications

• One year of OR RN experience.
• Active RN license in Indiana or eligible.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile OR environment for procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning and safety during surgery.
• Maintain sterile field and infection control protocols.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team and manage supplies.
• Document perioperative care accurately and thoroughly.
• Coordinate handoffs and post‑operative care.
• Restock and clean the OR between cases.
