Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience as circulating/scrub nurse preferred.
• Experience working in operating room settings and understanding OR workflows.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required or must be obtained before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor patients in the OR suite.
• Prepare, administer and document prescribed medications as directed.
• Serve as liaison between patient families and OR team, ensuring clear communication.
