Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Foxborough, MA. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a chance to work with a dedicated clinical team in a supportive travel environment.

Responsibilities include perioperative care, room preparation, instrument handling, and collaboration with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care throughout the operative process.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Operating Room RN experience.
• Valid RN license in MA.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS/PALS/ENPC or CNOR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with instruments and sterile supplies for procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning and safety according to protocol.
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control procedures.
• Provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team promptly.
• Monitor patient status during surgery and document changes.
• Handle instruments, sterilization, and disposal per facility rules.
• Document care in the perioperative setting accurately.
• Support handoff communications before and after surgery.
