Job summary

TotalMed is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Liberal, Kansas. The position requires OR experience, circulating or scrub roles, and potential RN first assistant duties. Expect 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and travel flexibility.

ACLS and BLS are required with 1–2 years of recent acute care experience. Additional certifications may be needed before start. TotalMed RN offers benefits and dedicated support for travel assignments.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience as circulating nurse, scrub nurse, or RN first assistant preferred.
• Travel nursing experience may be required and/or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Administer and record prescribed medications; report adverse reactions.
• Serve as liaison between patients' families and operating room team.
