• Spine experience within previous 12 months.
• Travel experience within the previous 15 months.
• Mako or Rosa equipment experience (80% of joints).
• Skills Checklist must be discipline-specific for Operating Room Nurse/RN.
• Active Iowa license or IA compact/Multistate license at submission.
