American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room role in Wisconsin, requiring DaVinci robotics and perioperative expertise across orthopedic, urology, spine, and general surgery.

The 13-week assignment runs 06:30–15:00, with call, weekend coverage, and potential float within 40 miles. Epic EMR experience is preferred; travel nursing background is required. COVID-19 vaccination is not required.

Competenze

• Active WI or compact RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Required experience with DaVinci robotics.
• Required experience in orthopedics including total joints, sports medicine, and spine.
• Required experience in urology and general surgery.
• Required experience in endoscopy including EGD and colonoscopies.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Nursys verification and primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start.

Mansioni

• 13-week assignment in a hospital Surgery unit.
• Monday through Friday schedule, 06:30-15:00, with flexibility.
• Call requirements based on department needs, currently 1-2 weekday night call shifts per week.
• Required to work 2 weekend days per 4-week schedule.
• Holiday coverage required for Christmas Eve.
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties.
• Only one submission permitted per Ascension system-wide position.
• Travelers should discuss assignment extensions with their manager at least 45 days before the end date.
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location.
