Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a Days schedule in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role requires strong robotics and vascular case experience, including DaVinci robotics, in a 40-hour week with occasional call and holidays.

Ideal candidates hold an IA RN license (or multistate license), BLS/ACLS, EPIC EMR proficiency, and at least 24 months OR experience. Travel RN status and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active IA RN license or compact/multistate license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 24 months OR RN experience required.
• Proficient DaVinci robotics experience required.
• Vascular case experience including TCAR, TAVR, bypass, endarterectomy, embolectomy, AV fistula.
• Proficient EPIC EMR experience required.
• Travel RN experience within the past 15 months required.
• Driver's license required for consideration.
• Professional reference from a supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across general surgery, vascular, and robotic-assisted cases.
• Support days-shift schedule (40 hrs/wk) with call and holiday rotation as required.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe robotic and vascular procedures.
