Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. You will prepare the OR, assist the surgical team, and ensure patient safety throughout perioperative care.

Qualified candidates have 1 year OR RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS. CNOR/ACLS/PALS/ENPC are preferred. Travel benefits and competitive pay are provided by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year of OR RN experience is required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• CNOR/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with sterile supplies and equipment.
• Position and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Assist the surgical team by providing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and document changes.
