Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Johnson, AR. You will support perioperative care, manage sterile technique, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.

The role requires at least one year of OR RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/ENPC and CNOR are preferred. Expect competitive travel pay and benefits through Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year of recent OR RN experience.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS, PALS or ENPC certifications are preferred.
• CNOR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for each procedure.
• Assist in patient positioning and preparation, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols throughout surgery.
• Anticipate and supply instruments and equipment to the surgical team to maintain workflow.
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and document significant changes.
