Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel RN with OR experience for a 13-week assignment in Beckley, West Virginia. The role requires 1 year of OR RN experience, RN license, and BLS. Prefer ACLS/PALS/ENPC and CNOR certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS (AHA/ARC), PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certifications are preferred.
• OR Nursing Certification (CNOR) may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room with instruments and equipment for surgeries.
• Assists in patient positioning and comfort before procedures.
• Maintains a sterile field and follows infection control protocols.
• Monitors patient status and communicates changes to the surgeon.
• Documents care in the perioperative setting accurately.
• Assists with turnover and restocking of the OR between cases.
