Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Operating Room RN for a 13-week assignment in Clinton Township, Michigan. You will provide perioperative patient care, prepare the OR, manage equipment, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safety and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of OR RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS. ACLS/PALS or CNOR are preferred. Fusion offers comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• One year of recent OR RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room by ensuring instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready.
• Assists in positioning and preparing patients for surgery.
• Maintains a sterile field and follows infection control protocols.
• Anticipates needs of the surgical team and provides instruments and supplies promptly.
• Monitors patient condition during surgery and documents changes.
