Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team and provide instruments promptly.
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and document changes.
• Handle instruments and disposables; ensure proper sterilization.
• Manage specimen labeling and transport; ensure accurate results.
• Document all perioperative patient care thoroughly.
