Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license (California)
Operating Room nursing experience or demonstrated perioperative competency
Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment and perform 8-hour shifts
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and credentialing

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and deliver direct clinical care to assigned patients during surgical procedures in the operating room per shift
Monitor patient status intraoperatively, maintain sterile technique, and ensure adherence to perioperative safety standards
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader OR team to coordinate care and ensure efficient workflow
Provide supervision and direction to other staff as appropriate, ensuring tasks are delegated safely and accurately
Support the facility Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high‑quality, safe, evidence‑based nursing care and managing clinical resources
