US Eye is seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Technician to join our travel-supported ophthalmic team. The role requires strong patient relations, the ability to work across multiple NC locations, and comfort with rapid learning of ophthalmic procedures.

The successful candidate will support scribing, testing, and exams under physician supervision. Experience in a medical setting is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional environment with a strong customer service focus.
• Previous experience in the medical field preferred.
• High school or equivalent education.

Responsabilités

• Scribe during patient visits and documentation.
• Perform patient work-up and history taking.
• Conduct vision testing and refraction.
• Apply medical terminology in daily practice.
• Assist physician in the room during examinations.
• Conduct visual field testing and OCT procedures.
