Job summary

NATO - North Atlantic Treaty Organisation seeks an Office Head (Travel) to manage all travel and mobility operations for JFC Norfolk HQ. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial Travel & Mobility for JFC HQ and supported elements.
• Coordinate duty travel across peacetime operations, exercises and deployments.
• Direct day-to-day management of the travel section staff.
• Liaise with contracted Travel Agency to ensure best service under agreements.
• Establish cost-effective travel modes and handle reimbursement processes.
• Monitor travel budgets and perform financial controls within FinS framework.
