Job summary

Ironclad Defense Works in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Mission Security Coordinator to support NATO Allied Command Transformation’s Office of Security. You will assess travel and event risks, develop security plans, briefings, and coordinate with law enforcement and intelligence partners for official travel and high-profile events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in security administration, risk management or related field.
• Experience planning/executing security operations for high-profile events or international travel.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and emergency responders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze NATO travel information to identify high-risk destinations.
• Develop individualized traveler security briefings and risk-mitigation guidance.
• Develop security plans for high-risk missions and events.
• Conduct security risk assessments and site-security surveys.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security partners.
• Prepare after-action reports and lessons-learned products.
