Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting across 1st and 2nd floors with 50 beds
• Treats stroke, brain injury, and comprehensive rehab diagnoses for patients 18+
• Day shift schedule with weekend rotation (1 in 3 weekends)
• Varying patient ratios depending on census
• Uses specialized equipment including Bits, Bioness, Biodex, Vector, E-Stim, bars, stairs, cuff weights, dumbbells, assistive devices, and balance equipment
• EHR system is Epic and UDS
• Examine and treat patients with conditions limiting mobility and functional activity performance
• Develop treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Black scrubs required
• Report time is 8:00 AM
• Candidates must adhere to company Mission, Vision, and Core Values
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates cannot have worked as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
