Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current Montana License as a Registered Nurse or a current compact license from a qualifying state.
• Must be in good physical and mental health to maintain performance.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English clearly.
• Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetic devices to fulfill job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Long Term Care, CAH Federal, State and local standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, physicians and staff.
• Coordinate patient care, delegate tasks, and promote teamwork.
• Be accountable for actions and respond to on-call needs as required.
• Assist with rounds, examinations, and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain professional image and continuous education.
