Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is available in a short-term acute care facility. The position involves floating to various units such as medical-surgical, telemetry, and other specialty units as needed. The nurse will provide care to adult and geriatric patients across different diagnoses, with a focus on ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license, at least 3 years of nursing experience including charge nurse experience, ACLS, NIHSS, and recent US healthcare experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, cardiac telemetry, central line care, and other specialized skills listed.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to support staffing needs across different units.
• Additional Information: Clinicians must have current US healthcare experience. The position involves some charge responsibilities on small units staffed with 1-2 RNs supported by LPNs and CNAs. The responsibility includes managing staffing needs, bed flow, and coordination. Candidates should be flexible to work holidays and follow pre-approved time off requests during submission. References covering the last 3 years are required.
