Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, including history, physicals, and therapeutic care plans.
• Communicate with attending physician and participate in clinical decision making.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests to guide treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health, medications, prevention, and resources.
• Document in EMR accurately to support coding and billing; ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain continuing education and participate in patient safety and quality initiatives.
