Allegheny Health Network seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide specialty and critical care services in physician offices and non-acute settings, focusing on chronic conditions, within the CRNP scope and organizational policies. E-consults and telehealth may be included.

Schedule includes two 10-hour shifts (07:00–17:30), Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. Requires MSN, national board certification, and current state licensure; prescriptive authority within 60 days.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree MSN from an approved program.
• National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
• Practicing-state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Aufgaben

• Provides comprehensive patient care, medical history, physicals, care plans, orders tests, and documents in EMR.
• Collaborates with attending physicians for plan of care and clinical decisions.
• Orders and interprets labs/radiology to guide treatment.
• Educates patient/family on health, medications, and resources.
• Ensures accurate coding and timely documentation in EMR.
• Participates in patient safety, quality initiatives, and professional development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
