Qualifications

• Current NP certification and license in the state of practice.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• Specialty certification as per client or state regulations if applicable.
• One year experience as an NP preferred.
• Maintain collaboration agreements per state requirements.
• Complies with relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients of all ages within scope of license.
• Collaborate with physician and multidisciplinary team to collect and document patient data.
• Perform physical examinations, orders and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
• Order and schedule laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• May have an area of specialty practice.
