Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of hospital experience and active ARRT (N) or CNMT certification for a day shift assignment.

Radiology department duties include diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine services for inpatients, outpatients, and ER patients. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with 40 hours, no weekends or on-call requirements. Rural location with housing considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in a hospital setting.
• Active ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Venipuncture experience required.
• License required if applicable.
• Resume with any gaps over 30 days explained.
• 2 supervisory references from within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Radiology department offering diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, interventional radiography, MRI, bone density, and mammography services.
• Services provided to inpatients, outpatients, and ER patients of all ages.
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours guaranteed.
• No weekend requirements.
• No on- call requirements.
• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures alongside licensed technologists, certified nuclear medicine technologists, and radiologists.
• Located in a rural area with limited housing and public transportation options, so candidates should plan accordingly.
• Local candidates accepted, with a 10% lower rate for those residing within 50 miles of the facility.
• Maximum of 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment.
