CorrectHealth currently has an exciting full-time opportunity to join our growing team as a Clinical Support NP or RN in Georgia. This travel-based role covers multiple correctional facilities across the state, with a mix of onsite and remote work days.

You will support education, site accreditation, CQI, and staffing as part of the Clinical Services Department. Ideal candidates hold an active NP or RN license in Georgia, BSN preferred, and 3–5 years RN experience with leadership experience; BLS

Qualifications

• Active NP or RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred; associates degree acceptable.
• 3-5 years RN experience; 3-5 years of management preferred.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Knowledge of NCCHC/ACA standards; correctional healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, training and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage programs related to education, site accreditation, CQI, site transition, and other areas within Clinical Services.
• Provide staffing coverage as needed.
• Travel throughout Georgia to fill in at various facilities.
• Support the Clinical Services Department with operational leadership and resource utilization.
