Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor/Charge/Nurse Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead nursing staff within Fulton County Jail.

You will coordinate shift activities, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with facility protocols while collaborating with HSA and DON. This role requires an unrestricted GA RN license, 3–5 years of clinical experience (correctional experience preferred), and an active BLS CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Holds an unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience; correctional healthcare preferred.
• Active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association).
• Pass the facility's criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities; oversee nursing staff and operations.
• Assess patients, administer medications, manage emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Lead clinical rounds; coordinate services with HSA and DON.
• Mentor, orient, and supervise clinical personnel.
