Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a RRT-NICU in Boston, MA. The assignment spans 13 weeks with a 3, 12-hour shift schedule (07:00–19:30) and alternate 12-hour nights (19:00–07:30). Start date is 01/03/2027, with Epic charting and pediatric NICU responsibilities.

The ideal candidate holds an RRT with BLS and PALS, 1 year of experience, and is comfortable with the high acuity NICU environment. Benefit-rich travel assignment with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required in respiratory therapy or NICU settings.
• RRT certification with BLS and PALS.
• Proficiency with pediatric and NICU respiratory care equipment.
