Experience and Clinical Requirements:- Minimum of 12 months recent Neonatal Level III experience.- 1 year combined perm experience in the specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required).Certifications/Training Required:- BLS (Basic Life Support)- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)Licensure:- Must have permanent Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license.- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission.References:- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for required.- References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine Requirements:- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyTesting and Compliance:- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.- Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements.
