Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced RN for NICU travel assignments at Parkridge East Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. This 13-week, night-shift contract covers 12-hour shifts, with patient care in a 23-bed level III/IV NICU and RRT support as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of NICU experience, strong knowledge of central lines, vents, and neonatal resuscitation, and holds BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.

Unit Specifics:
Number of Beds: 23
Patient Ratios: 1:1 (occasional), 1:2 (frequently), 1:3 (frequently), 1:4 (very rarely) -- dependent upon acuity
Unit staffing description (unit secretaries and tech availability): no techs or secretary
Type of equipment: Giraffe Omnibed, Panda warmer, Drager vent, oscillator, Alaris IV pump, syringe feeding pump, nasal canula, bubble/vent CPAPs, NIPPV, neo-T resuscitator
Documentation system: Centricity Perinatal and Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 36hrs/week with occasional optional overtime, variable weekends, willingness to take standby/call if low census highly preferred
Floating policy: not required but may float to mother-baby as a tech, if desired (occasional need only)
Patient Experience requirements: level III or IV NICU experience
