Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Travel ICU RN for Chattanooga, TN in a 13-week night-shift contract. Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with onsite support.

Responsibilities include ICU care, ventilator management, arterial line care, and venous access. Must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; strong teamwork required; housing options may be available.

• New Grad RN support and mentoring provided.

Travel ICU RN
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Shift Time: Start Time: 07:00 PM End Time: 07:00 AM
Shift Type: Night Shift
Duration: 13 Weeks

General Information

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds : 9
• Patient Ratios : 2:1 and 3:1
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : All RN staff
• Type of equipment : Ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, Client monitors
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Self scheduling with manager oversight including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule
• Floating policy: All staff (including Travel RNs) are required to float as needed for critical staffing needs in Med-Surg or ED.
• Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, BSSR (Bedside shift report), Press Ganey goals > 75%
• Hospital Specifics-
• Certifications: Chest Pain Center, Stroke Accredidation
