Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN for a NICU assignment in New Jersey. The role is an onsite 8-week contract starting 9/29/2026, with night shifts (12 hours, 3 days per week) and a base pay of $18/hour ($648 weekly). Candidates must have NJ or compact licensure, BLS/NRP, and at least 2 years NICU experience.

Travel experience is preferred. The NICU unit includes Level III capabilities with 12 ICU beds and 15 Level II beds; Cerner EMR is used.

• Minimum 2 years recent NICU experience.
• Prior travel experience strongly preferred.

Additional Information

• 8 week - 36hr Nights (7p-730a)
• Every other Weekend & every other holiday required
• Minimum 2 years recent NICU expeirnce.
• Prior travel expeirnce is strongly preferred.
• NJ or compact nursing lic. required at time of submission.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• This is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with 12 intensive care bassinets and an additional 15 Level II bassinets.
• EMR - Cerner
• The department is child-friendly so scrubs can have any print that is appropriate.
