Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Night Shift RN-Registered Nurse for NICU assignments in a Level IV unit. The role involves floating between units, following block schedules, and meeting staffing ratios of 1:2-4 for Neonates.

On-call is not required, weekend shifts are included per rotation, with a 26-week onsite contract. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years NICU experience, BLS and NRP Advanced certifications, and proficiency with Epic charting.

Will position float between units: Yes

Are weekends required? Yes 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period - variable, self scheduling
Are block schedules required? Yes
What are expected ratios? 1:2-4
Special requirements: 2 years NICU; prefer to have at least level III experience as they are a level IV unit. They are open to long than 13 week contracts if a candidate desires.
Are 48 hours approved: No
