Cross Country Allied seeks a Travel NICU Respiratory Therapist to provide neonatal respiratory care across multiple hospitals in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The role requires NBRC credentials (CRT or RRT), Minnesota licensure, BLS/PALS/NRP, and Level 4 NICU experience.

Position runs for 12 weeks with 48 hours per week on rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights. Travel assignment offers housing options, health insurance, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current licensure with State of Minnesota as a Respiratory Therapist.
• CRT or RRT certification by NBRC required.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Level 4 NICU experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory care under medical supervision in NICU.
• Float between three hospitals as assigned (Children's Minnesota and Allina Mercy).
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and care planning.
• Rotate 12-hour shifts totaling 48 hours per week.
• Maintain licensure and credentials as required.
