Qualifications

• Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist where applicable (ND/MN).
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications through AHA.
• Night shift travel/long-term assignment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICU critical care for neonatal patients.
• Handle infant transport to/from referral health systems.
• Work 3x12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week).
• On-call duties as required.
• Perform patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation.
• Educate families and maintain EMR accuracy.
• Maintain and sterilize respiratory equipment per protocol.
• Communicate changes to care team; process reports and charges.
