Responsibilities

• Provide NICU critical care for neonatal patients.
• Handle infant transport to/from referral health systems.
• Work 3x12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week).
• On-call duties as required.
• Perform patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation.
• Educate families and maintain EMR accuracy.
• Maintain and sterilize respiratory equipment per protocol.
• Communicate changes to care team; process reports and charges.

• Performs patient evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic and therapeutic treatments
• Provides patient and family education and support
• Documents care, including EMR entries, medication charting, and incident reports
• Disassembles, cleans, and maintains respiratory equipment per protocol
• Communicates patient changes and pertinent information to care team members
• Processes patient charges and verifies reports as needed
