Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. ARRT MR registration and WV state MR license are required.

This position involves 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM in an acute care hospital MRI department. Call every other weekend (9:00 AM–1:00 PM Sat/Sun) to cover inpatient exams; assignment may extend based on staffing needs. Housing and licensure reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR registration required.
• WV MR license required if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years experience required.
• AHA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Acute care hospital setting in the MRI department.
• 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Call required every other weekend, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday and Sunday, to cover inpatient exams.
• Assignment duration may be extended based on facility staffing needs.
• Weekend coverage is available on request.
• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility.
• Candidates who worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible.
• Candidates must not be employed elsewhere full time.
