American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a Days contract requiring 2+ years of MRI experience along with active ARRT and BLS certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Nonprofit 378-bed tertiary teaching hospital setting within the Radiology department
• Utilizes Siemens Magnetom Espree equipment
• 3x12 hour day shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with shift times of 7:30 AM-8:00 PM or 8:00 AM-8:30 PM
• Call required one day per week (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 PM-7:30 AM)
• Call required every third weekend, including Friday and Saturday 8:30 PM-7:30 AM, Sunday 7:30 AM-7:30 AM, and Monday morning for 24 hours
• Compact license not accepted for this position
• Perform a wide variety of MRI examinations under the direction of the Radiology Manager, exercising professional judgment while providing patient care
• Scrubs of any color required with appropriate shoes; no logos from other medical establishments permitted
• Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
