Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an evening shift in Cleveland, OH. Must have 1 year of MRI experience and Siemens scanner proficiency. ARRT MR and AHA BLS certifications are required, along with applicable licensure.

The role involves performing MRI exams on Siemens systems (Vida/Aera/Skyra/Avanto) with no call, weekends, or holidays. Contract length ranges from 13 to 26 weeks; first-time travelers are welcome. Vaccinations are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year MRI experience required.
• Siemens scanner experience required.
• ARRT MR certification required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Active certifications required with nothing pending.
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted).

Responsibilities

• MRI department performing routine neuro, body, and MSK exams (no cardiac).
• All Siemens scanners including Vida, Aera, Skyra, and Avanto.
• Monday through Friday evening shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (5x8 hours).
• No call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
• Flexible contract length between 13-26 weeks.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Travelers are expected to work every other holiday.
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate.
• Background check hits are reviewed, but open cases will not be accepted.
• License hits are not accepted.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required with medical/religious exemptions only.
• All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission.
• Permanent candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date.
