Job summary

Healthforce is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a Duluth, GA hospital. The role starts 11/16/2026 and offers 40-hour weeks with a guaranteed schedule and weekly pay between $2,168 and $2,183.

The position requires ARRT MRI certification, BLS, and at least 2 years of MRI experience. You must be willing to work four 10-hour days and holidays as needed, in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience.
• ARRT MRI certification.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospital-based imaging department.
• Availability to work 10-hour shifts, four days per week, with holiday requirements.
• Willingness to work two major holidays and one minor holiday as specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures as ordered, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, monitor comfort, and maintain patient safety throughout the exam.
• Operate MRI equipment, select appropriate sequences, and optimize imaging parameters for diagnostic quality.
• Document exams, communicate findings with radiologists, and maintain accurate patient records and image storage.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control, and equipment QC protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the radiology team to meet scheduling needs and maximize workflow efficiency.
