Healthforce is seeking an MRI Technologist for a travel - temporary assignment in Austell, GA. The position covers 12-hour days, three days per week (36 hours), in a hospital imaging department.

Start date 11/02/2026 for a 13-week contract, with weekly pay between $1,694 and $1,720 and housing assistance available. Responsibilities include performing MRI exams, positioning patients, selecting imaging sequences, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging exams in accordance with department procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up MRI equipment and position patients to obtain diagnostic-quality studies.
• Exercise independent judgment to select imaging sequences and optimize image quality.
• Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and monitor patient status during procedures.
• Verify patient data, ensure proper study labeling, and document imaging results for radiologist review.
• Maintain equipment readiness, cleanliness, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
