Job summary

IQVIA MedTech Field Service Technician travels nationwide to install, update, repair and test specialty hospital beds, while delivering strong customer service to on-site hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field experience.
• Active and unrestricted driver license.
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements and immunization status.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
