IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds across the United States, delivering strong customer service. The role requires full travel with local, regional and national assignments and independent work to support hospital environments.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent biomedical/tech field service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to manage time and logistics effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field experience.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
