Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds across the United States. This 100% travel role demands professional communication with hospital staff and the ability to document and analyze test data after installation.

You will travel regionally and nationally, with the potential to grow into additional opportunities within the medical device industry while delivering excellent customer support and maintaining high standards of service

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field experience preferred.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
