Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field experience.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Active and unrestricted driver license and personal vehicle for local work-related assignments.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and provide proof of vaccination status.
• Up-to-date immunizations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
