Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field experience.
• Active driver license and personal vehicle for local work-related assignments.
• Immunization requirements or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
