Job summary

Merz North America, Inc in Dallas seeks a Float Medical Affairs Clinician (MAC) to deliver advanced hands-on training on the Merz aesthetics portfolio. The Float MAC travels up to 75% to cover vacancies or LOA absences, ensuring education continuity across regions.

Dallas area support will represent at least 25% of monthly activities. You will collaborate with Medical Science Liaison colleagues to plan events, educate practitioners and drive knowledge on product usage and safety within

Qualifications

• Active Texas nursing license in good standing; Nursing Compact license required on hire.
• 3–5 years aesthetics experience with botulinum toxin and dermal fillers; Ultherapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and cover Dallas market at least 25%.
• Strong training and educational program development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced hands-on training of Merz injectable aesthetics portfolio.
• Support medical congress planning and education delivery.
• Cover other regions as business needs require.
• Collaborate with MSLs on events and competitive intelligence.
