The Float Medical Affairs Clinician (MAC), based in Dallas, Texas, serves as an aesthetic product expert, delivering advanced, hands-on training on the Merz North America injectable aesthetics portfolio. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide training coverage across regions experiencing vacancies or territories where local MACs are on a leave of absence (LOA). The Float MAC is expected to travel extensively, up to 75% of the month based on organizational and territory needs, ensuring seamless training support and continuity of education across the organization. As regional coverage requirements allow, the Float MAC will provide training support in the greater Dallas area. Support for the Dallas market is anticipated to represent a minimum of 25% of monthly activities but may increase or decrease based on business priorities and regional coverage requirements. Management of coverage assignments and scheduling is a shared responsibility between the MAC Director overseeing the position and the Float MAC. The Medical Affairs Clinician (MAC) team develops and implements educational strategies designed to: Provide thought leaders, academic institutions, healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations with timely, accurate and scientifically balanced training on Merz North America aesthetic products. Increase healthcare provider awareness, knowledge and proficiency in the clinical application of aesthetic treatments and product related procedures. Collaborate closely with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) colleagues to support educational events, congress planning and execution, field coverage and competitive intelligence activities.
