American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN with an active MA RN license who can work night shifts in an acute care hospital's Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The role includes a 3x12 hour night schedule and every-other-weekend coverage.

Required are BLS and ACLS, with 1 year minimum Med/Surg Tele RN experience (2 years preferred), and Cerner experience is helpful though not mandatory. Cerner/Epic familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required at time of consideration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele RN experience required; 2 years preferred.
• First-time travelers will be considered if they have 2-3 years of experience and Epic or Cerner experience.
• Cerner experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Position is in a 40-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit of an acute care hospital.
• Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
• Every other weekend is required.
• Cerner is the charting system used; Cerner experience preferred.
• Floating may be required within the nurse's scope based on unit needs.
• No on-call requirements.
• Locals are accepted for this contract.
